Co-founder and product lead in Tokyo. Zero to 500 users in three months, and multi-agent systems on the Anthropic stack.
Three products with real users, built and shipped.
The decisions behind each one, and what they returned.
The operating principles I hold, and why I hold them.
A Claude Partner Network company, specialising in Claude Code.
Three apps live on the App Store, built with my co-founder.

Business card exchange in Japan is not a formality you can design away. It is a fixed ritual at the start of every meeting. A tool that ignores it gets refused on first contact; a tool that respects it inherits a habit every company already has. That is the product I took to market.
Zero to 500 users in three months from a standing start, and cards now carried by people at Google, ASICS, Turnitin and GLOBIS. Alongside it I design and deploy the agent systems I specify — four of them, on the Anthropic stack, reasoning over live data through MCP rather than guessing.
See the case studiesThese are not slogans. Each one came from something that worked, or something that cost me, on a product with real users attached to it.
I build the flow myself first, find where it breaks, then write the spec that already survived it.
0 → 500If I cannot say which number moves, the feature is not ready to be built yet.
7.5M viewsI run the Japanese room and write the English spec, so nothing is lost in the handoff.
JLPT N2Zero to 500 users in three months came from shipping continuously, not from a perfect plan.
3 monthsI design and deploy the agent systems myself, which is what keeps my requirements honest.
4 agentsInternational Design is part of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, specialising in Claude Code. My co-founder Carlos Lastres holds the Claude Partner Badge, and it is the tool the two of us build with every day.
That matters here for one reason. Nothing I say about shipping with AI is theoretical. I design the agent systems, write the prompts and workflow definitions, and run them against live data — then I write the requirements the engineering team builds from. This site is one of the things that stack produced.
See what we shippedI am open to Product Manager roles in Tokyo or remote. If you are building something with AI at the centre of it, I would like to hear about it.
