Meishi exchange in Japan is a ritual, not a formality you can design away. A tool that ignores it gets refused on first contact. One that respects it inherits a habit every company already has.

Zero to 500 users in three months from a standing start, and cards now carried by people at Google, ASICS, Turnitin and GLOBIS. Alongside it I design and deploy the agent systems I specify — four of them, on the Anthropic stack, reasoning over live data through MCP rather than guessing.

Every piece of work lives in Linear: one board, one owner, one state, no parallel truth in a chat thread. Roadmap calls get made against a single question — does this get a card into someone's hand faster, or get a company to say yes? Anything that does neither waits, and waits visibly, where the team can argue with it.

Specs are written in Notion before anything is built, and effectively written twice: the conversation happens in Japanese with enterprise partners, the requirements reach engineering in English. Nothing is lost in the handoff because there is no handoff. We ship weekly, look at what actually moved, and cut what did not.

That matters here for one reason. Nothing I say about shipping with AI is theoretical. I design the agent systems, write the prompts and workflow definitions, and run them against live data — then I write the requirements the engineering team builds from. This site is one of the things that stack produced.
